Humana Senior Coding Educator identifies opportunities to improve provider documentation and creates an education plan tailored to each assigned provider. You will report to the Manager, Coding Education.
As the Senior Coding Educator you will be responsible for creating and executing the risk adjustment strategy, analyzing data, delivering education sessions, and collaborating with HQRI to drive quality of care and coding improvements. Travel up to 35% may be required.
