You'll manage safety protocols, facility coordination, and foundational technology administration while cultivating a supportive, high‑accountability environment for students and their families.

What You Will Be Doing- Managing comprehensive daily campus operations to maintain the 2‑Hour Learning schedule without delays or disruptions.
- Handling frontline technology support (equipment configuration, rapid troubleshooting) and coordinating IT escalations when needed.
- Cultivating trust among students, families, and colleagues through clear communication and reliable execution.
- Deploying and monitoring campus safety procedures; overseeing drills, incident documentation, and vendor relationships.
- Facilitating essential functions—campus events, staff integration, inventory and facility oversight to sustain consistently high performance standards.

Guides own student mentorship while you ensure operational excellence. - Operating from a remote office with minimal visibility; your contributions directly enhance student progress and family satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of campus operations to ensure our site functions punctually, to established standards, and at a performance level that supports accelerated learning and superior family engagement.
Basic Requirements- Bachelor's degree (any field)
- 1+ years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or comparable high‑touch service settings.
- Demonstrated ability to remain composed under pressure, exercise initiative, and balance competing demands autonomously.
- Competence with foundational IT troubleshooting and Google Workspace administration.
- Professional, articulate written and spoken communication that strengthens community relationships.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States and availability for on‑site work in NYC, NY.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $55 USD/hour, which equates to $110,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
