Piedmont Virginia Community College invites applications for an Adjunct Faculty Pool – Astronomy. The position is part-time and appointed on a course-by-course, semester basis. Teaching is primarily face-to-face, with possibilities for remote instruction.
Responsibilities include delivering astronomy courses at PVCC locations, including the Giuseppe Center, and collaborating on course design. A Master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in Astronomy is required;
Ph.D.
