HOMEBOUND SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICE PROVIDER
Hours:
3-5 hours per week plus prep time;
Flexible scheduling
Salary: $32.12 per hour;
Schedule D (pg 51) of the DTA Master Agreement
- Provide direct special education instruction to student receiving homebound/home-based services in academic, functional, behavioral, and/or social emotional areas
- Implement IEP goals, accommodations, modifications, and related instructional supports in the homebound setting.
- Collaborate with families, general education teachers, related service providers, and administrators to ensure continuity of education programming.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation of instructional services, attendance, progress toward IEP goals, and communicate with stakeholders.
Required:
- An appropriate MN Special Education teaching license or the ability to attain one.
