Advance your career in special education with NECC’s Partner Program — a collaborative model serving students with autism and related disabilities in public schools. This full-time Lead Special Educator position offers leadership opportunities, professional growth, and access to NECC’s nationally recognized clinical and educational expertise.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead, train and supervise a classroom team using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)-based instruction.
  • Develop and manage IEPs and oversee individualized programming
  • Mentor and coach para educators
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, school leaders and families to provide quality inclusion opportunities for the learners in the classroom.
  • Work closely with families and offer continuous support
What You’ll Love:
  • High quality weekly onsite collaboration and support from a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Small classroom size (approximately 7 students, 1:1 support staff)
  • Tuition reimbursement for BCBA coursework or doctoral coursework. BCBA supervision is built into daily work and weekly supervision.
