CalPERS Seeks An Analyst II In The Administration, Automation & Project Management Section To Drive Our CalPERS Mission. The Following Are Some Of The Duties That The Analyst II Will Perform In This Role:

• Support the development of the annual Open Enrollment (OE) website project tasks and deliverables
• Support OE communication efforts, ensuring that health messaging aligns between communication released, the CalPERS website, and within myCalPERS
• Support the development of employer and member webinar activities in collaboration with project stakeholders
• Analyze data, metrics, and surveys to provide recommendations to leadership for improvements and enhancements
• Facilitate and coordinate cross-divisional communication and collaboration with business partners and health plan carriers

This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.

The California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025). PLP 2025 directs that each employee shall receive a 3 percent reduction in pay in exchange for 5 hours PLP 2025 leave credits, monthly. The salary range(s) included in the job advertisement do not reflect the 3 percent reduction in pay.
