As an Instructional Designer, you will:

Design and develop eLearning, virtual, or instructor-led training solutions for technical, compliance, systems, or soft skills concepts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize training design and content, define learning objectives, and create engaging learning materials.

Conduct detailed analysis of tasks, business processes, and systems to tailor training for the target audience.

Utilize company standards and templates to develop storyboards, eLearning modules, virtual learning content, and more.

Engage with subject matter experts for content review and validation, incorporating feedback effectively.

Manage tasks and deadlines proactively, communicating any issues or risks.

Requirements

3 years' experience in developing eLearning, virtual, or instructor-led training.
Strong background in instructional design and adult learning theory.
Proficiency in Articulate Rise, PowerPoint, and Word.
Excellent communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.

Preferences

Experience developing instructor-led training for hands-on, skills-based content.
Ability to translate complex procedures into engaging learning content.
Flexibility to work on simultaneous development efforts.
