The PATHS program at the University of Utah is a cohort-based pre-college initiative for high school students, especially first-generation or low-income learners. Our goal is to help students achieve high school success and college readiness.
Mentors create engaging experiences, support academics, and guide students in time management and study skills. The role is 20 hours weekly, with 90% remote work and 10% in-person, including occasional Saturday sessions.
