Core academics are completed in concentrated time blocks powered by AI-supported platforms, while the remainder of each day focuses on skill-building through hands-on projects and enrichment activities. You will serve as the first substantive contact point for families considering this educational pathway.

Your weekly responsibilities include rapid response to incoming inquiries, shepherding families through admissions procedures, and advancing them from curiosity to completed enrollment. You will also attend local community events on behalf of Unbound Academy to cultivate leads and raise visibility within your region. During quieter enrollment periods, you will support broader school operations while remaining prepared for upcoming intake cycles.

• Reaching out to new inbound inquiries within a 24-hour window and beginning admissions discussions via phone
• Describing Unbound Academy’s virtual learning structure and enrollment procedures using straightforward, accessible language
• Maintaining disciplined follow-up routines to advance families from initial inquiry through application submission to final enrollment
• Documenting all engagement in a CRM with precise notes, defined next actions, and updated pipeline status
• Planning and facilitating local recruitment events across Texas or Arizona to introduce the school and collect prospective family information

• Allowing inbound inquiries to sit unaddressed while prioritizing administrative tasks
• Relying on rigid call scripts or functioning in a high-volume call center environment
• Attending community events as an observer rather than actively presenting and capturing leads
• Devoting most of your time to back-office responsibilities during periods of active enrollment demand

• Located in Arizona with availability to work in a hybrid capacity
• 1–2 years of customer service experience or other roles involving direct customer interaction
• Background working with children or families (examples include schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, or comparable settings)
• At ease making regular phone calls and supporting families through multi-phase processes
• Solid verbal communication abilities with skill in establishing trust rapidly
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms or digital systems for tracking leads

• Background in admissions, enrollment coordination, inside sales, or lead qualification functions
• Experience organizing or facilitating community events or outreach initiatives
• Academic study or professional background in communications, education, or a related discipline

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $25 USD/hour, which equates to $50,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
