Salary range begins at $46,000 - Benefits :

The Coordinator of Institutional Advancement, Events works primarily within the Alumni and Constituent Engagement (ACE) department and plays a pivotal role in advancing the mission of Haverford College by contributing to our events and engagementefforts for alumni, parents, and friends of Haverford. This role supports the planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of a wide range of events and engagement initiatives throughout theyear. Additionally, this individual works closely with ACEcolleagues to support communications, operations, and database management, while contributing to a positive and effectiveconstituent experience across the lifecycle.
PrimaryResponsibilities Event Management
- Support on-campus, regional, virtual, and volunteer-led eventsfor IAE, ensuring seamless execution and maintaining a high standard of excellence and hospitality in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
- Manage logistics and production support for virtual programming across IAE
- Build and manage event marketing plans in collaboration with colleagues across IAE and Communications, including leading thesurvey administration for events
- Serve as a primary point of contact for event-relatedcommunications, including guest correspondence, ensuring all eventinformation is accurate, timely, and aligned with institutionalmessaging
- Maintain cross-departmental internal event calendars and event planning management resources
- Partner with colleagues to support quality data control andinstitute data management best practices in Raiser's Edge, Emma,AlumniQ, and Workday ensuring accuracy and consistency across eventrecords and…
