Designing, implementing, and managing dozens of multi-stage automation scenarios (including email, push, webflows, Tinkerbell, and other channels).
Creating advanced communication pathways based on triggers, dynamic content, and complex customer behavior scenarios.
Executing and supporting key promotional campaigns, sales events
2. Analytics, A/B Testing & Data ManagementAnalyzing customer behavior and key performance metrics (OR, CTR, conversion rates, GMV) to drive continuous performance optimization.
Designing and conducting A/B/X tests, drawing data-driven conclusions, and providing recommendations for future campaigns.
3. Budget Management & OwnershipFull ownership over an assigned foreign market (e.g., IE)—responsible for budget execution, campaign planning, delivering target GMV metrics, and improving Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
This is the right job for you if:Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Marketing Automation (experience in E-commerce / CVM is a plus).
Practical proficiency with advanced, enterprise-grade Marketing Automation tools.
Language
Skills:
Fluency in English and Polish (both written and spoken).
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Advanced knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms and solutions.
Strong background in data analytics, database segmentation techniques, and data-driven process optimization.
Practical experience in managing marketing budgets and targeting campaigns to relevant customer segments.
