Interplay Learning is seeking a Training Operations Lead to own the operational engine behind our Instructor-Led Training programs, focused on crane and rigging. This fully remote role welcomes applicants nationwide.
You will manage instructor scheduling, curriculum, logistics, data integrity, and systems partnerships (Net Suite, Salesforce) to ensure consistent, scalable ILT delivery and outstanding client experiences.
