GT School is hiring an Academic Advisor to mentor K-8 students in a fully remote, high-performance environment. This is a full-time, contractor-of-record role with Crossover. Compensation is $37 USD/hour, about $75,000/year, paid weekly.
You'll conduct biweekly 1:1 coaching, host office hours, and use AI dashboards to monitor progress, guiding students toward accelerated learning while aligning with US business hours.
