Black Hawk College is seeking a Manager of the Teaching & Learning Center (TLC) and Online Learning to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the TLC and district wide instructional support. You will guide instructional design, faculty development, and learning technologies to align with institutional priorities and regulatory requirements.
The role leads the development and execution of the TLC strategic plan, supervises staff, and represents the district with ILCCO and SARA.
