We combine AI‑driven curriculum with personalized coaching to provide what conventional education cannot: unlimited learning pace, rigorous depth across sciences and humanities, and a community of intellectual equals. In the Learning Coach role, you'll support K–8 students who are eager to advance faster. Content delivery isn't your focus—our technology manages that.

• Conducting biweekly 1:1 virtual coaching conversations with each student, centered on academic planning, motivation, and growth mindset
• Hosting open "office hours" sessions where students can access real-time guidance, motivation, or problem‑solving support
• Leveraging AI‑driven tools and performance dashboards to monitor student advancement, pinpoint obstacles, and refine your coaching methods
• Recording observations, alerts, and strategic updates to keep each student progressing on an accelerated growth path
• Partnering with your team to exchange effective strategies, flag challenges, and continuously refine the coaching framework

• Delivering lessons, evaluating assessments, or distributing homework—technology manages the academic content
• Presenting lectures or adhering to a fixed curriculum
• Supervising or over‑managing unmotivated students—we coach with intention, not surveillance
• Enduring redundant meetings or administrative red tape
• Operating at half‑speed—this team exists for individuals committed to high performance and meaningful impact

Produce quantifiable academic progress and engagement for remote students by providing frequent, high‑impact coaching focused on mindset development within a fully virtual, technology‑enabled framework.

• Master's degree in any field
• At least 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating K–8 students
• At least 6 months working with gifted students in an educational, coaching, or mentoring setting
• Proven high performance in any field—academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or the arts
• Strong virtual presence and ability to connect with students quickly over Zoom/Google Meet
• Comfortable using dashboards and tech tools to track and adjust performance
• Ability to maintain at least 80 percent overlap with US business hours

• PhD in any field
• Background in performance coaching, sports psychology, or motivational work
• Experience working with homeschool or alternative education families

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
