Texas A&M Agri Life Extension Service in College Station seeks a Postsecondary Success Specialist to support rural students’ transitions to college and workforce readiness. You will design regional workplans, build partnerships across schools and communities, and deliver targeted programs for college access and completion.
The role includes coordinating workshops, retention campaigns, internships, campus resources navigation, and advising to help students reach long-term career goals.
