Crimson Education is seeking an Operations Lead for Test Prep to serve as the operational backbone of the Standardized Test Prep system. You will own decisions on bootcamp setup, instructor assignments, and program delivery for thousands of students across 30 markets.
You report to the Director of Standardized Test Prep and oversee student progress, tutor management, and end-to-end program operations. This remote role requires weekend availability and proactive, data-driven leadership.
