We combine AI-driven curriculum with personalized coaching to provide what conventional schooling cannot: unlimited learning speed, rigorous exploration of sciences and humanities, and a network of equally driven peers. In the role of Academic Advisor, you'll support K–8 students determined to move faster. Content delivery isn't your responsibility—our technology manages that.

• Conducting biweekly one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with each student, centered on academic planning, motivation, and growth mindset development
• Hosting open office hours where students can access real-time guidance, support, or problem-solving assistance
• Designing and delivering compelling virtual life-skills workshops tailored to gifted learners across various age groups
• Leveraging AI-powered tools and progress dashboards to monitor student advancement, spot obstacles, and refine your coaching methods
• Documenting observations, concerns, and tactical updates to keep each student on an accelerated growth path
• Maintaining proactive communication with parents regarding student achievements, objectives, and challenges
• Working closely with your team to exchange best practices, escalate issues, and continuously refine the coaching framework

Generate quantifiable academic progress and student engagement in a virtual environment by providing frequent, high-value mindset coaching within a fully remote, technology-enabled framework.

• Master's degree in any field
• At least 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating K–8 students
• At least 6 months working with gifted students in an educational, coaching, or mentoring setting
• Proven high performance in any field—academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or the arts
• Strong virtual presence and ability to connect with students quickly over Zoom/Google Meet
• Comfortable using dashboards and tech tools to track and adjust performance
• Ability to maintain at least 80 percent overlap with US business hours

• PhD in any field
• Background in performance coaching, sports psychology, or motivational work
• Experience working with homeschool or alternative education families

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
