Computing Teacher | Remote (U.S.) | Part-Time Permanent | Immediate Start

Are you a Computing Teacher who enjoys helping students build confidence, develop problem-solving skills, and discover their potential through technology?

We are looking for an experienced Computing Teacher to join a leading online education provider supporting middle and high school students across the U.S.

This is a great opportunity for a teacher who enjoys the flexibility of remote education while still creating strong connections with students, families, and colleagues. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality online learning and helping students succeed through personalised support.

The role:

Fully remote position (U.S.

-based candidates only)
Part-time, permanent role (0.5 FTE)
Immediate start available
Salary: $27,500-$32,500 (pro-rated from $55,000-$65,000 FTE)
Two-stage interview process

We're looking for someone who has:

2+ years' teaching experience
Experience teaching the U.S. K-12 curriculum
A strong background in Computing, Computer Science, or a related subject
Experience teaching online or in a hybrid environment
Confidence delivering live virtual lessons and supporting asynchronous learning
Knowledge of K-12 Computing curriculum and teaching approaches
Experience supporting students with individual learning needs (IEP/504 plans or similar)
Strong digital skills and confidence using online learning platforms
Current authorisation to work in the U.S.

You’ll be responsible for:

Delivering engaging online Computing lessons
Supporting students through asynchronous coursework
Providing timely, personalised feedback
Hosting virtual office hours and small-group support sessions
Creating and improving digital learning resources
Helping students develop confidence, independence, and critical-thinking skills
Working closely with colleagues and families to support student progress
