Temporary Employee Position

Kenai Peninsula College maintains a yearly pool of temporary employees for departments to call upon when needed. These positions are located at the Kenai River campus in Soldotna and Kachemak Bay campus in Homer. In your cover letter please state the campus/department/area of expertise in which you would like to work.

Eligibility for the position is determined by the hiring department. Generally we are looking for candidates with proficiency in the target subjects/areas needed by a department, strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with faculty, staff, and students from diverse populations.

This position is located on the Kenai Peninsula College campuses in Soldotna and Homer, and flexible on-site/hybrid work arrangements may be considered in accordance with UA regulations.
