Rowan Online, in collaboration with the academic departments, is committed to expanding access, empowering students, and elevating the impact of high-quality online education. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a key role in shaping engaging, accessible, and effective online learning experiences in partnership with faculty and academic units. This role collaborates closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams to design learner-centered, inclusive, and pedagogically sound learning experiences that reflect best practices in instructional design and align with institutional standards.
