OVERVIEW Williams College is hiring a Seasonal Admission Application Reader for the  cycle. This seasonal position focuses on reviewing admission applications, evaluating applicant materials, and making recommendations to the Admission Committee. The role includes extensive training and involves reviewing both domestic and international applications from late October through mid-February. Remote work is permitted in select states, with required in-person training in Williamstown, Massachusetts.

• Evaluate admission applications for the  admission cycle
• Make recommendations to the Admission Committee based on application review
• Participate in extensive training related to application evaluation
• Complete seasonal application review work from late October through mid-February
• Review international applications as part of the admission process

• Preferred experience in international admission at a selective college or university
• Ability to participate in required in-person training in Williamstown, Massachusetts
• Availability for seasonal work from late October through mid-February
• Ability to review applications and provide recommendations to the Admission Committee
