Pearson is seeking a Faculty Advisor (Customer Success) to join the North America Higher Education team. This role focuses on aligning Pearson digital products with instructors’ learning objectives and student outcomes, specifically in Statistics, with a Master’s degree and college-level teaching experience required.
The Advisor will deliver trainings, create tutorials, and collaborate across Product and Sales to maximize adoption. Travel for workshops and conferences is expected.
