This unique opportunity allows you to gain hands-on special classroom experience while completing a free master's degree in education with a specialization in Autism through Simmons University.
What You’ll Do:- Deliver direct instruction to special needs students
- Support case management through data collection, lesson material development, and curriculum modification
- Collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement individualized learning plans
- Fellows work directly with students with autism and related disabilities to promote learning, independence, and inclusion across classroom settings.
- Work closely with families to ensure consistent and supportive engagement.
- Free MS.Ed. in Education (Autism Specialization) through Simmons University
- 35 paid vacation days (school district placement) or 5 weeks paid time off (Southboro) + personal and sick time
