The remainder of their day is devoted to skill-building through mentorship, workshops, and hands-on exploration - with personal development at the heart of everything.

Your role will not involve scripted content delivery or virtual classroom policing. Instead, you'll facilitate dynamic online sessions that push students to collaborate, think critically, and create meaningfully. You'll guide them through entrepreneurship, storytelling, wellness, and complex problem-solving, all while cultivating independence, executive function, and self-assurance.

This position is not suited to educators attempting to recreate conventional schooling in a digital format. It requires a licensed teacher prepared to relocate to Arizona, embrace a hybrid work structure, and mentor students in ways that genuinely equip them for adult life. • Facilitating engaging virtual workshops centered on essential life skills including communication, creativity, self-direction, and problem-solving
• Providing one-on-one and small-group mentorship to strengthen student confidence, accountability, and executive functioning
• Leveraging platform analytics and behavioral cues to tailor support and monitor individual progress
• Working alongside other educators to design and refine project-based learning opportunities
• Cultivating a supportive, energizing space where students feel recognized, stretched, and inspired to develop

• Instructing in core academic subjects; AI-driven adaptive tutors manage that content
• Running scripted lectures or operating within a conventional classroom framework
• Grading worksheets, assigning traditional homework, or creating standardized lesson plans

• Valid U.S. teaching certificate from any state, or an expired certificate eligible for reinstatement, with certification transferable to Arizona

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
