We combine AI-driven curriculum delivery with intensive personal coaching to provide what standard schooling cannot: uncapped progression speed, rigorous grounding in both STEM and humanities, and connection with intellectual equals. In your role as a Learning Coach, you'll support K–8 students hungry for faster advancement.

• Conducting biweekly individual virtual coaching appointments with each student, concentrating on academic target-setting, drive, and growth mindset
• Hosting accessible "office hours" where students can join spontaneously for immediate guidance, motivation, or problem-solving
• Designing and delivering compelling virtual life-skills sessions for gifted learners organized by age group
• Leveraging AI-powered tools and progress dashboards to monitor student advancement, spot obstacles, and refine your mentoring tactics
• Recording observations, alerts, and tactical adjustments to keep every student advancing on a rapid-growth path
• Maintaining proactive communication with families regarding student achievements, objectives, and challenges
• Working closely with colleagues to exchange effective practices, flag serious concerns, and continuously refine our coaching framework

• Instructing subject matter, evaluating assessments, or distributing assignments—technology manages the academic content
• Presenting formal lectures or adhering to rigid curricula
• Supervising or excessively managing unmotivated students—our approach is coaching, not surveillance
• Attending redundant meetings or navigating administrative red tape

Produce quantifiable academic progress and student engagement for virtual learners through the delivery of frequent, high-impact mindset coaching within a fully remote, technology-enabled environment.

• Master's degree in any field
• At least 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating K–8 students
• At least 6 months working with gifted students in an educational, coaching, or mentoring setting
• Proven high performance in any field—academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or the arts
• Strong virtual presence and ability to connect with students quickly over Zoom/Google Meet
• Comfortable using dashboards and tech tools to track and adjust performance
• Ability to maintain at least 80 percent overlap with US business hours

• PhD in any field
• Background in performance coaching, sports psychology, or motivational work
• Experience working with homeschool or alternative education families

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
