Training & Development Specialist
Are you an experienced adult educator/trainer and creative problem solver? Do you possess flexible communication skills and enjoy working with a diverse group of interesting people? Do you excel in a deadline driven, team environment? Assessment & Learning produces complex performance examinations for medical students. The Training Specialist contributes to this mission by training Standardized Patients (individuals from the community) to portray clinical cases for medical students to demonstrate patient communication and physical examination skills.
In addition to possessing excellent training skills, the successful candidate must be able to plan, schedule, recruit, interview, develop training materials, and evaluate outcomes. Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to adapt to the unexpected and to collaborate effectively with other Assessment & Learning team members.
