Interim Director of Student Involvement and LeadershipThe Interim Director of Student Involvement & Leadership provides temporary leadership and operational continuity for the Office of Student Involvement & Leadership. During this short time frame, the Interim Director maintains high-impact co-curricular operations, supports departmental staff, ensures seamless advising and event management, and provides an objective assessment of current practices to prepare the office for long-term leadership and success.
Position Requirements- Master's degree in Student Affairs, Higher Education or related field
- Experience in student involvement, student activities, union management, or closely related field for at minimum 8 years
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer's sponsorship now or in the future
- Shown ability to successfully supervise and lead staff
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and advise student groups and student leaders
- Process-sensitive person with excellent problem solving skills, well organized and strong written and oral communication skills
The pay range for this role is $56.04 - 58.24 an hour.
Flexibility & ScheduleThis is an intermittent, fixed-term, non-benefits-eligible role approved for 35 hours per week for two months from the start date. We value a collaborative on-campus environment, so this role is primarily based on campus. Depending on team needs and operational demands, there may be an opportunity for 1-2 days of remote work per week following the initial weeks of the semester.

Any remote work options remain subject to business needs. Because this position involves essential in-person commitments, a degree of schedule flexibility is required.
