We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to oversee the Honolulu, Hawaii and surrounding territories.

• Identify and implement event/activity plans for the territory, building awareness of online academic programs in education, healthcare, and business, and driving inquiry generation.
• Shape high‑impact partnerships for the territory and execute daily work through informational presentations, calls, and emails, iterating as needed to maximize value.
• Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students, families, and partners, whether in person, over the phone, or via email, championing the GCE mission and promoting Grand Canyon University student success.
• Operate independently, using critical thinking skills to support prospective students through the admissions process and guide them toward a successful online learning experience.

• Bachelor’s degree
• No delinquent or defaulted federal student loan (credit report verified).
• Outstanding time management skills, able to prioritize competing priorities while traveling.
• Clear communication and listening skills, comfortable communicating in person, in writing, and on the phone.
• Self‑motivation and drive to succeed, taking ownership of interactions with students.
• High emotional intelligence, able to demonstrate empathy when coaching a diverse group of students.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record; willingness to use a personal vehicle and availability for evenings and weekends.
• Computer literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Bonus: experience with CRM tools.
