Job Responsibilities

• Lead account control at Roundel, focusing on digital channels and systems for the top strategic business.
• Develop and deliver integrated media plans and strategies across multiple channels.
• Serve as the key contact for clients, managing high-level annual planning to program-level strategies.
• Prepare client campaign proposals and present strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Reporting & Insights, Analytics, sales, buying and selling, advert Ops, and Channel improvement.
• Stay current on industry developments and identify opportunities for clients.
• Support media planning with tools such as Operative One, DCM, DFP or similar ad‑serving platforms.
• Develop audience strategies, media blend allocations, creative and media techniques aligned to client priorities.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree; 6–10 years of digital media planning, advertising, and marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising and media planning systems.
• Proficiency with Operative One, DCM, DFP or similar ad‑serving platforms.
• Ability to drive results in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational talents.
• Time management and multitasking ability.
• Knowledge of end‑to‑end media planning process.
• Experience building partnerships and maximizing relationships internally and externally.
• Passion for exploring new media possibilities to drive incremental business.

Remote or Hybrid. Remote roles allow members to work from a domestic or alternate location and travel to headquarters up to four times a year. Hybrid roles involve a mix of virtual and onsite work at a Target location.

Salary range: $87,900 – $158,200 USD.
