This role focuses on managing statewide food programs, supporting Farm to School initiatives, and overseeing grants that increase access to fresh Pennsylvania foods. Your work will involve coordinating partners, developing tools, tracking data, and supporting producers and institutions through market development. As a Farm to School and FFF Grant Program Manager, you will perform the following duties:
- Program Management:
Manage and promote Farm to School and Fresh Food Financing grant programs - Data Tracking:
Gather and analyze program data and maintain local food tracking tools - Partner Coordination:
Collaborate with state agencies, networks, councils, and commissions on program initiatives - Training Development:
Develop and deliver trainings for Farm to Institution programs and support PA Preferred Days - Event Participation:
Attend Farm to School events, conferences, summits, and other related activities - Grant Assistance:
Assist with food assistance grants, reviews, reporting, and communication with producers

Work Schedule and Additional Information:- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework:
You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 5 days every two weeks. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.

- One year as an Administrative Officer 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration) ; or
