Are you an English teacher whose favorite part of teaching is the conversation?

Can you make English clear, turn a language question into a great story, and make a conversation come alive?

All Ears English is looking for an experienced ESL educator who is also an exceptional conversationalist to join our team as a Podcast Co-Host.

You’ll step into an established network with a loyal global audience and experienced All Ears English hosts.

All Ears English is an online language-education school and podcast network built around one core philosophy:
Connection NOT Perfection.

Our shows aren’t traditional English lessons delivered into a microphone. They’re real conversations between people with distinct personalities, experiences, opinions, and perspectives.
The teaching happens through the conversation.

You’ll create lively conversations about spoken English, communication, culture, relationships, business, travel, and everyday life. You’ll help listeners understand how people actually use English to connect.

We’re looking for someone our listeners will want to spend time with—not simply someone who knows the grammatical answer.

What Makes a Great All Ears English Host?

You already know how to teach English. For this role, we’re especially interested in the qualities that are harder to teach:

  • Natural conversational chemistry: You create a genuine back-and-forth rather than simply taking turns explaining things.
  • Curiosity: You ask thoughtful follow-up questions because you’re genuinely interested in the answer.
  • Storytelling ability: You use stories from your own life to make language memorable.
  • Quick conversational instincts: You can improvise, build on an unexpected comment, and keep a conversation moving.
  • Warmth and energy: Listeners feel like they’re spending time with people they know.
  • A point of view: You have opinions, preferences, and authentic reactions while remaining thoughtful and respectful.
  • Comfort with imperfection: You’re comfortable laughing, changing direction, and reacting naturally.
  • The ability to make your co-host better: You ask the question that leads to a better story, make space for your co-host's ideas, and build something together.

We want hosts with distinct personalities, not interchangeable presenters. A great All Ears English host can step out of “teacher mode” and have a real conversation.

Responsibilities
  • Co-host podcast episodes in an energetic, warm, and conversational style
  • Build genuine chemistry and engaging back-and-forth with your co-host
  • Plan and outline episodes so they have structure while still feeling spontaneous
  • Explain English vocabulary, expressions, grammar, communication strategies, register, and cultural concepts clearly and succinctly
  • Help learners understand the difference between technically correct English and what people actually use in conversation
  • Anticipate where adult learners may get confused and explain concepts practically
  • Bring your stories, observations, experiences, opinions, and examples into episodes
  • Ask thoughtful follow-up questions and explore unexpected directions when they improve the conversation
  • Record high-quality audio and video remotely for podcasts, You Tube, and social media
  • Collaborate with your co-host to brainstorm fresh, relevant topics
  • Keep conversations entertaining and easy to follow for non-native English speakers
  • Deliver listener and student…
