JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Food Science Department in the College of Agricultural Sciences is looking for a part-time instructor for the October 2026 Food Safety and Sanitation Short Course. Lectures to include the following:

Plant and Equipment Sanitary Design
Allergen Control:
Regulations and Control Strategies

As instructor, duties include:

Prepare demonstration samples for use in both short courses
Prepare and deliver lectures on aspects of Plant and Equipment Sanitary Design and Allergen Control
Deliver demonstrations on both Plant and Equipment Sanitary Design and Allergen Control for the 2026 Sanitation and Safety Short Course
