Case Manager

The Case Manager position works with adult learners in the Adult Education Credit Diploma Program/GED to guide them toward a professional career path that leads to employment. The grant provides funds for interships, certification programs, driver's licenses, and post-secondary education.

Position requires 4 hours per week, in person and remotely, depending on the number of interested graduates who meet the criteria. In-person includes working with adult ed students at their site at Maloney High School and attending required grant meetings. Remote work includes follow-up phone calls, contacting agencies, ongoing mentoring, and required paperwork. The salary is $45.00 per hour up to 4 hours per week.
