Remote Early Years Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly organized and experienced Remote Early Years Coordinator to manage and oversee their online early childhood education programs. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in South Africa . You will be responsible for developing curriculum frameworks, training and supporting remote educators, and ensuring the quality and consistency of our online learning experiences for young children.

This role is critical in scaling our innovative digital educational offerings to reach families nationwide, particularly those in areas with limited access to traditional childcare services.

• Develop and refine online curriculum and learning materials for early years education.
• Recruit, train, and provide ongoing support to a team of remote early childhood educators.
• Monitor the delivery of online educational content and ensure high standards of engagement and learning outcomes.
• Manage digital platforms and tools used for remote instruction and parent communication.
• Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of online classes and educator performance.
• Collaborate with the product development team to enhance the online learning platform.

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role.
• Demonstrated experience with online teaching methodologies and digital learning platforms .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using various digital communication and collaboration tools.
