About the Role

Our client is seeking passionate and engaging Online ESL Teachers specializing in working with young learners. This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to teach from anywhere. You will be responsible for delivering dynamic and interactive English lessons to children, fostering a fun and supportive learning environment that encourages language acquisition and cultural exchange. • Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to young learners (ages 5-12) via an online platform.
• Create a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere that promotes student participation and confidence.
• Utilize a variety of teaching aids, games, and activities to facilitate language learning and retention.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student performance and development.
• Prepare lesson plans and materials in advance to ensure smooth and effective delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is required.
• Previous experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) to young learners, preferably online.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
