As a Fullmind educator, you'll deliver virtual instruction and guide students to course completion.

Learn more here. The Role This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process. As a Fullmind Social Worker, you will:

• Virtual counseling sessions:
  Provide one-on-one or group support to students via video calls.
• Crisis intervention:
  Respond remotely to urgent student mental health or safety concerns.
• Family communication:
  Connect with parents/guardians on student needs and resources.
• Case management:
  Track student progress, document sessions, and coordinate with teachers/staff.
• Resource referrals:
  Connect families to community, academic, or mental health services.
