Washington University in St. Louis seeks a Certified Asthma Educator (AE-C) to provide home-based asthma education and self-management support to pediatric patients and families following ED visits for asthma is Children’s Hospital.
The AE-C will conduct home visits within 4–7 days of discharge, teach proper inhaler use, review discharge instructions, and support environmental trigger management while documenting in EPIC and collaborating with the pediatric care team.
