Job SummaryJoin our team as a Front office admin. /Childcare Aide / Assistant Teacher (Hybrid role) and become part of fulfilling Celebree's values to protect, educate, and nurture. In this position, you will support front office administrative task, customer service, assist lead teachers in upholding the highest standards of care and education, ensuring that each child’s individual needs are met. Responsibilities- Perform customer service and administrative tasks.
- Assist lead Teachers in classroom management, ensuring compliance with all regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Provide a welcoming & friendly classroom environment for children, parents & visitors.
- Assist in creating and implementing thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s curriculum.
- Assist in managing effective classroom transitions.
- Assist and supervise children during all activities; counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
- Ensure that the appearance, cleanliness, and safe environment of the classroom are appropriately maintained.
- Present a positive and professional image at all times adhering to uniform requirements.
- Communicate effectively with parents, e.g., greeting by name, addressing concerns in a timely manner, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates on their child’s development and classroom happenings.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Prior child care / customer service experience.
