Online Curriculum Developer

Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Online Curriculum Developer to design and build innovative educational content for their digital learning platforms. This fully remote role involves conceptualizing, writing, and structuring comprehensive courses that align with educational standards and engaging pedagogical principles. You will be instrumental in shaping the learning experience for a wide audience, working independently to produce high-quality instructional materials.

• Design and develop engaging and effective online courses, including learning objectives, content, activities, and assessments.
• Create a variety of instructional materials such as video scripts, interactive modules, reading materials, and quizzes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and pedagogical soundness.
• Incorporate best practices in instructional design and e-learning to enhance learner engagement and retention.
• Review and revise existing curriculum to ensure it remains current, relevant, and effective.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for multiple curriculum development projects simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and developing online courses and e-learning content.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and various authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and online pedagogy.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines in a remote setting.
