About the role:

• Own paid search end-to-end for Canada, US, and Australia.
• Opportunity to build Microsoft Advertising and Reddit into real channels.
• Hands-on role in a lean team with direct impact on acquisition.

What you'll own:

• Channel strategy, budget pacing, and CPA targets across all markets.
• Google Ads and B2B lead generation for corporate accounts.
• Measurement via GA4 and Triple Whale, plus landing page partnership.

What you bring:

• 2-4 years in paid search/PPC with budget ownership.
• Deep Google Ads fluency and multi-market experience.
• Strong copywriting, communication, and operator's reliability.
