Florida Institute for Child Welfare
Responsibilities- Travel to assigned child welfare sites to implement the FICW well-being program with fidelity
- Organize and facilitate components of the program to include engagement and monitoring of well-being groups, well-being task forces and teams.
- Facilitate additional well-being related initiatives and individual offerings as needed to support the workforce.
- Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with site staff to foster psychological safety and openness during well-being activities.
- Track program participation, engagement levels, and feedback and provide regular reports and updates to the Well-Being Program Manager regarding site progress and challenges.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of resource materials, tools and guides used to support workforce well-being.
- Represent the FICW well-being program in a professional manner during all site visits and engagements.
- Maintain timely communication with site contacts to support relationship-building and effective coordination.
Bachelor's degree and two years’ experience in child welfare filed and experience facilitating employee well-being sessions, trainings, or webinars or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of the same experience. (
