Online Course Developers​/Instructors, School of Law

The University of Miami School of Law seeks part-time faculty for its online Master of Legal Studies program. Specifically, we seek creative and innovative practitioners who are interested in developing and teaching online courses on introduction to law and regulation, compliance skills and risk management, as well as subject matter experts in a variety of areas, including trust administration, family office management, healthcare law and compliance, cyber law and information privacy, AI and the law, real estate law, and more.

The courses, which are aimed at non-lawyers, will be taught predominantly asynchronously (not via Zoom or in real-time) but in a highly interactive manner and will be developed with one-on-one help from an in-house instructional designer. Minimum requirements are a JD degree and 2 years of experience or comparable expertise. Preference will be given to those with asynchronous, online teaching experience.
