• Every assessment, training module, and coaching conversation directly contributes to operational excellence.
• Builds trust with students, families, and partners through consistent, accurate, and compassionate service.

• Evaluate customer interactions and work products against operational standards.
• Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training modules.
• Provide objective, timely coaching feedback and identify performance trends.
• Fixed schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Mountain Time, year-round.
• Maintain a private, professional, distraction-free remote workspace.
