Job Description
Sabis Global Education Network is seeking a Teacher/Tutor to support learners through a combination of online instruction and onsite teaching in Manama, Bahrain. The role focuses on delivering clear, engaging lessons, adapting teaching methods to students’ learning needs, and helping learners make steady progress toward their academic goals.
Responsibilities include:- Plan and deliver structured lessons online and onsite, based on learner objectives and subject requirements.
- Explain concepts clearly, provide practice activities, and adapt instruction to different learning styles and levels.
- Assess learner understanding through exercises, assignments, and regular feedback.
- Track progress, identify learning gaps, and recommend appropriate next steps.
- Maintain a supportive, professional learning environment and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare lesson materials and ensure online sessions and onsite instruction are organized and effective.
This position is based in Manama and requires in-person teaching as well as remote lesson delivery. The successful candidate will be dependable, organized, and committed to helping students build confidence and achieve measurable learning outcomes.
Job Specification- Strong subject knowledge in the relevant teaching area and ability to explain concepts at an appropriate learner level.
- Lesson planning and instructional delivery skills for both online and face-to-face sessions.
- Ability to assess progress, identify learning gaps, and adjust teaching approaches accordingly.
- Clear verbal and written communication, patience, and learner-focused interpersonal skills.
- Competence using video-conferencing platforms and digital learning materials for remote instruction.
- Classroom management, time management, preparation, and reliable follow-through.
- Professionalism and adaptability when working with learners with varied needs and abilities.
