- Guide and empower students in allied health education.
- Be the primary contact for learners via voice, text, and video.
What You'll Do:
- Provide academic guidance on courses, policies, and expectations.
- Support retention initiatives and at-risk learners.
- Meet individual, team, and departmental retention goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship building, and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
