At Targeted Provision, we believe in raising the standard of educational support for vulnerable young people across the UK. Our dedicated team of SEN / SEND Support Specialists will be with you every step of the way, ensuring that you have the resources and support needed to succeed.

As an SEN / SEND Tutor, you will provide tailored tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with a variety of learning needs. Your approach will be creative, flexible, and trauma-informed, aimed at enhancing engagement and improving educational outcomes.

• Plan engaging and holistic tutoring sessions that cater to individual needs.
• Provide ongoing feedback and complete lesson reports on student progress.
• Support young people in their educational and social-emotional journeys.

This position involves engaging with us as a Worker for short-term assignments. You will work through a contract for service and be paid via PAYE. Please note that we do not offer a set amount of work or expenses coverage, but our insurance will cover your work with us.

• A minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
• Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other additional educational needs.
• Knowledge of safeguarding processes.
• Enhanced DBS (we can assist with this if needed).
• Two professional references.
• Must be based in the UK with the right to work.
