- The Career Success Coach supports a cohort of ~50 learners in a data training program.
- Works collaboratively with TAs and program operations staff.
- Contract runs from one week before program start to end date.
Responsibilities:
- Offer 4-6 hours of 1:1 coaching office hours per week.
- Provide weekly asynchronous updates and attend bi-weekly pod meetings.
- Deliver standardized feedback on resume and Linked In profile exercises.
Who you are:
- Minimum 4-year degree or equivalent, with 2+ years in career development or coaching.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, empathetic and proactive.
- Comfortable with remote tools like Google Workspace and Slack.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate for in-program time plus a placement bonus.
