Engineer Building Services

• You will work on a variety of building services projects as part of an international and interdisciplinary team of engineers, simulation specialists, and architects. Your tasks will include:
  • Managing the entire advanced commissioning process, including conducting functional and performance tests for building services (TGA) systems
  • Performing energy audits for buildings
  • Overseeing commissioning management for construction projects
  • Developing energy concepts
  • Designing and evaluating sustainable energy supply solutions and building services (TGA) plans for both existing and new buildings, as well as urban districts
  • Reviewing third-party building services (TGA) designs as part of technical controlling
  • Addressing building services (TGA) criteria for Green Building certifications (DGNB, LEED, BREEAM)
  • Preparing reports and documentation in both German and English as part of project work

• Completed technical studies in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) or comparable qualification
• Quick comprehension combined with analytical and quick thinking as well as solution-oriented action
• Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working, ability to work in national and international teams
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Very good software knowledge of the MS Office family
• Experience with the green building certification systems DGNB, LEED and BREEAM is desirable
• Willingness to travel on business
