The
** Supplier PEC Analyst
** will have the overall responsibility of ensuring supplier alignment with global product environmental compliance (PEC) requirements through proactive engagement, data validation, and strategic communication. This role serves as a key liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders, driving timely and accurate PEC documentation, supporting regulatory readiness, and optimizing supplier compliance workflows.
** About the job:
*** Leads supplier communication to obtain required environmental compliance data
* Ensure supplier-provided materials and components meet environmental compliance requirements
* Review and validate the PEC documentation provided by suppliers 20%
* Guide suppliers on documentation requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with PEC Analyst to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and customer-specific requirements, including materials with special conditions or exceptions.
* Generate compliance reports for internal stakeholders.

* About you:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in product environmental compliance, supplier quality, or materials management
* Knowledge of environmental compliance regulations (RoHS, REACH, Ca Prop
65, etc.) is highly preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Ability to interpret regulatory standards and apply them to supplier documentation.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge in MS Office Applications, Visual Basic, and Power BI is an advantage
